Method Community Park on the west side of Raleigh has emerged as one of the citys go-to spots for pickleball with 8 courts that draw players throughout the day. The park also offers tennis courts, a playground, and walking paths in a well-kept setting. Courts are lighted for evening play and the locations proximity to NC State makes it popular with a younger crowd alongside seasoned players.
The pickleball community at Method is known for being inclusive and welcoming. Open play runs most mornings and evenings with games self-organizing by skill level. Managed by
Raleigh Parks and Recreation — court use is free.
