Details: Do you have aches or pains while playing pickleball or after playing? Are you dealing with a current injury? Join us for a relaxed pickleball event designed for active adults. Come play pickleball with our Doctor of Physical Therapy to learn more about why you may be dealing with pain and what you can do to get rid of it. Learn simple ways to prevent common pickleball injuries, warm up effectively, and enjoy an hour of open play with opportunities to ask an expert questions specific to your needs!
